Q.

My mother is 40 years old and her periods are happening continuously for 20 days. Can you tell why this is happening and what is the solution for it?

A. 40 years it may be pre menaupausal symptoms in which there is bleeding for a long time no treatment is needed for that just maintain proper health with regular daily walking and exercise along with meditation if the bleeding is heavy you can consult with your doctor for meditations

A. hi it should be her monopause time so better to consult your gynecologist for once she should keep her body well hydrated prefer to take less spicy food items take enough rest
