Q.

my mom is 47 years old. and she is nearing menopause.. she is getting periods once in 25 days. regular cycle. and for last 3 to 4 months she is having tongue ulcers that comes and goes frequently. that means it will be there for 10 days and then it will be heal for another 10 days. what is the reason for this? is this due to hormonal change Or vitamin deficiency ? or is this serious.. please help

A. It may not be related to hormonal changes and she might be having acute deficiency of nutrients or it could also happen if she’s having any auto immune disorder. When she has those ulcers, it is better that she consult a physician. Write Your Answer Here

A. hi vitamin deficiencies I would suggest to take iron , calcium and vitamin B12 rich food items especially green veggies, fresh fruits,curd etc more take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day avoid drinking RO water
