Q.

My lo screams like anything on every lil thing the entire day. Is this a phase. he is soon to turn 1 year in 10 days. so like walking seeing etc he screams unnecessarily. It's nothing due to gas or so. screams n laughs n screams n gets angry too. Please suggest
