Q.

My LO is 8 month old. He is waking up every hr at night and he wants either feed or rocking to go back to sleep. bcoz of this I am not getting sleep and I am working as well. what can be done to make the baby sleep foe longer stretch

A. hello make sure the baby is getting sufficient milk and is tummy full so the duration of the sleep can be improved and also if feeding is difficult during the night you can go with express milk feeding or give infant formula milk with a BPA free bottle like babyhug
