My lo is 11days old. He is passig loose watery stools 8 times a day in green colour. he is not accepting formula feed and has low urine output. Should I be concerned about this?

A. As baby is very small so it’s better to consult your Paediatrician once abd get him checked if the stools are watery frothy and foul smelling and maintain good hygiene
