my little one is 5 months old. when he will be 6 months, I need to join work. can I start solid early? which food I can introduce first? if you have any diet link, can you please share with me? with the diet plan?

I understand your concern but it’s all advice we just start giving food before completing the time of six months they’re not ready to accept it unnecessarily the child face problem in digestion and all so please wait for a while let your child complete that then you introduce
