Q.

my little one is 21 months old she speaks single word like amma appa thatha papa mama athai but she understand everything what we spoke to her and reply to the conversation by action for example if I ask her to bring the bottle means she went to the place take the bottle and give it to me is this ok for this stage or else she spoke some more for this month ah please advice me

A. it is become very late for the baby to not be able to speak even basic words of the baby is not able to speak absolutely anything and you need to visit a doctor for checkup it will be better if you go to a speech
