my little is having small white spots in her mouth, and she is not able to eat or drink anything, from yesterday she didn't have anything, if I give forcefully she is crying that she is having neck pain, what to do for that and how can I feed my daughter

many times it may beg associated with either bottle feeding or usage of antibiotics in children.
it is important to differentiate between stuck milk inside the oral cavity and the fungal infection that is also known afs oral thrush.
meet your doctor for examination of the child and treatment
