A. It’s almost a month pregnancy you can ask your doctor your gynaecologist to advise you with the right tablet that you can take right now which is going to be helpful in terminating your pregnancy just with the medicine so but I would you say that don’t take any medicine without consulting the gynaecology because they have better idea so they can suggest you with the best one that you can go ahead with as of now
