My last period is August 31st 28th September i got my periods.. it's was a very severe abdominal pain and very very less blood flow.. I have thyroid issues.. breastfeeding mom and facing severe hair loss now a days. I also have didelphyic uterus with fibroid What s the reason for that much pain and little blood

A. good evening it is common to have less blood flow if you are feeding the baby and another reason for that also could be you suffering from the problem of fibroid I would request you to see your gynecologist
