my last period date was 4th April I didn't get my period this month till now.How to get my period which food or medicine (if there any) should I take to get periods and to avoid pregnancy

U Just wait for 5 to 7 more days till if you do not get your periods and 1st to take a pregnancy test and if the test is negative then you should be consulting your gynaecologist as it could be due to some hormonal change in the body which can only be detected by a sonography or some other test and accordingly the medicine can be advised
