my Krish is 3 mnths 19 days old and his weight is 7 kgs it is healthy wait or not?or a over weight for his age plz give me the ansr we are tense about his weight

it is also dependent on birth weight and genetics
for healthy weight gain only give breastmilk and nothing else till 6 months complete
