Q.

my kind entered into 3 years now, he is still not able to speek completely. he just speaking amma, Tata and nana. do we need any doctor consultation for this??

A. Hello ma’am It seems like your child is having a delayed speech so it’s better that you consult a speech therapist straight because by this age kids normally start to say a lot of words and certain kids start to frame sentences also so child is quite delayed as per that so please consult a speech therapist ones regarding
