First we need to rule out reason behind this problem apart from diet
Constipation, some medicine, emotional well-being, gut problem can lead to low weight gain
In diet give small and frequent meals
Do not force feed the child
Include food like banana, apple, Chikoo, green vegetables, paneer, milk, curd , cheese, eggs, dal, sprouts, ragi, oats, ghee, dry fruits in the diet in any form the kids like

Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
Give healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration every child is unique and has unique pattern of development
