my kiddo is 1 yr 10 months old. She has having uneven and roughness on her teeth ( pic attached). Apparently it appeared on her front teeth only but now its effecting alost all her teeths. Pls guide why it is so?

A. there is no picture attached with your query please visit the dentist and get a proper examination done and in case the cavities you will have to get the fillings done
