my kid sleeps very late at night by 1am or sometimes it takes 2 am also. can you suggest any tips to make him sleep early

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. just make a proper schedule of the child to sleep and also do not make the child sleep in the day too much and gradually the child will sleep in a proper way
