My kid sleep te is very less ,he wont sleep whole day properly

A total sleep for 8 to 10 hours is must to be seen at any age if your child is maintaining that kind of sleep totally in the day or in the night like out of 24 hours and that is good enough which is nothing to be worried just try to give the child physically active child sleep better in the night by getting tired
