My kid of 3.6 years old has WBC of 14000. Is it normal?

I don’t think so it is normal it seems to be little on the lower side for to me I am not very sure about it you can actually check as per the reference range if you have got a test done and they would be a referral Ridge mentioned in the report with that you rather be more sure about it and state if you have a doubt please check with your concern Dr all that
