my kid not speaks properly, stuttering while speaks frequently ...please give suggestion for this

I think it is going to increase over the periods it’s going to be really important for you to get it checked with a speech therapist because when the stuttering or stammering start there could be a problem that you need to take care of it as soon as you can otherwise it is going to increase with time
