A. You should sit and explain the child with real actions. Get the kids attention take a spoon of food put in your mouth and show how u chew the food well and then swallow. Ask the kid to repeat it. Let the child take one spoon of food and feed herself and follow how u chewed the food. Continuous practice with ur involvement will show some improvement. Help her to try varieties at home . Don't give too many choices. If she doesn't like the food you serve, leave it, let her feel the hunger and soon she will be ready to try the food than expecting you will anyway get what she wants to eat. If u keep on giving choices then she will stick to her favourite foods only which she will expect u to arrange somehow irrespective of the situation. I know it's difficult in practice but you have to be strong and don't give up fearing for hee tantrums. She is mature enough to feel her hunger and u should make her understand that all the time she cannot expect her favourite foods and should learn to eat other stuffs too. Encourage her through small rewards.
