Q.

My kid is turning 5. From last 1.5 years he has very limited physical activity due to lock down. Now we are finding that he gets tired very quickly in short runs. Please guide what should be his diet and physical activities to make him fit and stronger.

A. Hi, That's normal in lockdown dear. Give more proteins and calcium rich diet. Give eggs soyabean pulses eggs paneer crambled dal cheese etc. Also add protein powder in milk for added benefits. Give nuts like cashew almond pista chuhare etc for good immunity and strength
