My kid is turning 2 years old this month and since last week he is having constipation problem, although we are giving him light food still he is not able to poop. What should I do? #asktheexpert

A. hi your baby is 2 year old now to help stool passage give plenty of fluids including fruit juice and include seasonal fruits and vegetables and salad in diet and avoid maida products like biscuits and keep baby Physically active
