DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 6 months old and she is having a dandruff’s so go for head shave then next apply pure coconut oil daily and aloe juice at every one week and use head and shoulders shampoo twice a week
