my kid is of 3 years old....he is frequently having vomitings....not even taking food properly....already giving vomikind ...since could not cover....wt to give

A. Dear ma’am, since when he is having vomiting? Did you introduce any outside food after which he developed this? Is it persisting or stopped? If there is persistent vomiting then please consult your pediatrician
