my kid is not sleeping at early. she started sleeping from 12:00 AM onwards. share some solution to sleep early

A. See if this is the situation and if you’re giving a daytime nap is for a long duration then you should avoid doing that because kids complete a lot of sleep during the day and that’s when they are up till late in so the daytime nap should be avoided completely
