Q.

My kid is not gaining weight or height as expected. Is there anything we have to be worried about. The growth ratio is pretty slow is what I think.

A. it is very important to meet your doctor to confirm whether the weight and height of the child is within normal limits or not and to know if child is suffering from any nutritional deficiency because that can lead to loss of appetite. offer different recipes and flavours made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily to improve the weight and height of the child give plenty of water to drink and juice extracted from fruits which acts as natural l appetizer if the child is not allergic then you can add dry fruit powder as well as ghee to the diet which will help in improving the calorie and protein in the diet. go through different diet plan as well as recipes which is present in firstcry application.

A. In addition to milk, dairy foods should also be consumed for having an effect on height. Dairy foods such as cheese, paneer, yoghurt, whipping cream and ice cream are rich in vitamins A, B, D and E. They also contain protein and calcium. Vitamin D and calcium are essential for growth
