Q.

my kid is not drinking milk even I tried by adding different flavors. what else I can do to make her drink milk

A. Hi A lot of kids are really very fussy when it comes to drinking milk after a certain age so in this case if your child is not drinking milk then you can try giving more of curd and then you can go ahead with getting smoothies to the child where in you can try incorporating route and variety of food to the child and also then you go ahead with giving more of Paneer instead of milk every day at least hundred grams
