Q.
my kid is having stomach pain' and upset doctor told to gave junior Lanzol 30 mg .he is ok now but we give milk products he is having lightly loose stools

In this here it is very difficult to comment propehirly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you acycordingly for this .

I think your child could probably be having an infection or upset stomach like you have mentioned so giving milk in this time can actually cause diarrhoea which is why you need to stop giving milk for the time and once your child is totally out of the issue then you can give milk milk but not now
