My kid is having fever for last 4days, it was like on and off, he most often murmur, Doctor suggested the Toxim-O , colimex drops and for fever Dolo 0.8ml for every 6hrs, we have given him the dolo for 4days and last day he was normal, so only one time we had given the dolo, we have stopped colimex because he does not feel irritating, and antibiotic Toxim-O continuing for 5days, today is the 4th day, My question is if fever is on and off, what is d significance of it, is it normal or anything to be worried on
