Q.

my kid is having cold past 3weeks early morning she is coughing then she fine in day again night while sleeping she is making some noises, breathing through the mouth any solution for that struggle while sleeping

A. it is in diagnosis of allergic cough cold . here the child will have regular cough and cold which is usually not associated with fever . it increases and decreases but does not get cured completely. dr will give anti allergic medicine usually motelukast / levocetirizine. if its still not improzving the next line of treatment will be inhaler therapy with mdi / nebulizer. allergy can be environmental (temperature variation -hot to cold weather/ cold water intake / dust / smoke / pollens) , food , chocolate / packet preservatives food and sweet food also. body cannzot sustain such allergic changes leading to cough cold usually at evening /night and morning.
