My kid is complaining for severe headache and nausea and she has slight fever and was uncomfortable the whole night, what can cause this and how can I relief her from this problem

A. you may give Paracetamol to the child which will help in decreasing both fever as well as headache and see that the child is properly hydrated and give proper rest to the child and you can repeat Paracetamol maximum four times per day and then take a medical help
