Q.
my kid is around 8 months now.. but still he wakes up every hour at cries and he never goes back to sleep until I rock or feed him. Sometimes when I rock him and puts back in crib he wakes up..what should I do to make the baby sleep for atleast 4 hrs stretch so that I can get some continuous sleep as I feel exhausted due to frequent wakings

Maybe your child is not sufficiently fool which is why your child wake up quite often give proper feed feeding to the child instead of breastfeed give any other milk so that your child is full for a longer duration and that is what is going to be quite beneficial in the current situation
