my kid is 9 months old can I give dates and pomegranate to kids?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. You can give one date per day and for pomegranate you can initially try giving few seeds in your supervision to avoid choking and if baby accepts it well then you can give in more quantity
