my kid is 7 months old and she got fever...we are giving p125 ..fever dropped for few hours and comming back again , please advise

A. it may be vuralbfor taking long time we should give baby paracetamol as you are giving and if he were remain for more than 2 days then consult a doctor nearby for examination
