Q.
My kid is 4 year old and I'm giving her haldi milk daily from last year at night. But now my relative suggested me to stop it with a reason that turmeric is hot and daily consumption will lead to early puberty. please let me known is it really so?? Or wether i should continue with it Or stop haldi dudh.
