Q.

my kid is 3years old she is saying some rhymes and alphabets numbers but she is not responding when I call her name nor says her name or calls mummy daddy and she even doesn't show interest in holding pencil nor writting i force her to write kindly give suggestions for my kid wht to do

A. A 3-year-old who can comprehend and nonverbally communicate but can't say many words may have a speech delay. One who can say a few words but can't put them into understandable phrases may have a language delay. Some speech and language disorders involve brain function and may be indicative of a learning disability.
