My kid is 3years ild ! He had fever 3days back fever was around 100-101.5 ! Now he is alright after paediatric consultation! Now i observed these rashes ! Please help

Apply calamine lotion sometimes due to heat generated into the body because of the medicines that you’ve been giving a lead to this kind of problem so start giving water with fennel seeds check with the doctor you can give be complex supplement plus apply calamine lotion
