A. Okay so I’ll tell you two things your first you need to put your child into play group not nursery this is not the correct age and the Education board is very strict with it so you don’t overboard your child by putting your child into nursery second hyper activities is very common in this age you can take homoeopathic medication for that which will help in regular rising the brain activity of the child and hyper activity will reduce down third you don’t have to pay attention to what people say because everybody has their own hassle in bringing up the child it is very easy to comment on other persons child rather than looking at how they have brought up their kids so don’t bother 80% of the kids in India are hyperactive these days so that does not mean that they have a problem it is just thing and over the period as the age is going to progress things will change for good and right now also it’s not a problem
