Q.

My kid is 3 year old and we have a special child (retarded) around 6-7 years of age next door.... Both enjoy playing together and so We allow our child to play with her and never restrict them... But in recent times we notice my baby is not speaking and shows only action and replicates whatever action done by that special child... We are so worried... How to handle this situation??? Pls advise

A. hi dear Make time for creative and artistic play: this might be collage, drawing, dress-up games or storytelling. Musical play is another idea – your child might like to dance, jump around or make music with simple instruments.
