my kid is 3 trs 4 days and from last 4 days he is having lot of sneeze running nose and cough from 2 days ...and his sound also lit heavy ..in night when he sleeps cough sound..dr suggest me allerid syrup ..can I give this ..cough wil also improve

A. it may be allergic cough so it may help Cough give ambrolite and ambroxol as prescribed by your doctor give saline nasal drops and steam with baby rub avoid exposure to cold weather keep a track on urine output maintain
