Q.
My kid is 2yr old. She only speaks few words and unable to form sentences yet. But she understands all that we communicate with her and replies back. Is there still time for her to clearly speak?

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of 2 children3 years agoA. that's fine due to screen time. speech delay can be due to many reasons and hence to know it needs a detailed examination ENT specialist visit to know any hearing impairment or any stimulus causes of poor speech in baby . Reduce screen time no mobile or tv for speech development . Speech therapy is best help if ENT issue is not there.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi wait for few days more converse with your child more point out different objects and talk with your child,read stories,ask simple questions etc will help in this keep your child away from screens like tv mobile iPad etc
