my kid is 2years 8 months..he has nose blockage..can I use Naselin saline spray for blocked nose

A. nasal blockage can be relieved by using nasal saline drops like nasoclear sakuline drops in the nose followed by nasal aspirator to take out the secretions very gently steam inhalation can also be helpful in this condition
