My kid is 23 days old and has small red pimples on cheeks, forehead and head. Please guide on same

A. atogla cream you can apply if you want that would be a good option for you to get rid of the problem that is there on the skin of the child and he can easily apply this 3 to 4 times in the day which would be suitable for the skin of the child
