my kid is 2 year 4 months old, I am giving 260 - 270 ml of cow milk in mid night around 2 . if i give milk during day time he Is nit havig his food so i am giving milk before going to bed and once in mid night. can i continue same untill he is 3 year old

A. Hello mom in the Evening or mid morning you can try to give , if he is demanding milk in midnight then but if he is sleeping peacefully without it it’s fine . Milk before bedtime is good
