My kid is 2 and half years old , she is having small pores at elbow. Why it is so . Is it due to any deficiency

No it is not a sign of any deficiency sometimes it is because of change in weather. Or any skin allergy. If it is spreading all over the body then you have to consult with Dr otherwise you can start using calamine lotion regularly it will help to cure the area fast. And add sufficient water in babies regular diet plan to keep your baby hydrated.
