my kid is 2.5 yrs. weight is 20 kg morning food is oats n lunch is rice,dal veg mix 4pm sattu ( poha powder +channa powder + small amount pea nut powder) with small spoon junior Horlicks. sometimes fruit cut n home made fruit juice please give Ur suggestions if food is OK. or need changes.

Bhurabi BharaliMom of a 12 yr old boy8 years agoA. his weight is more than his age... if his height is also good then it's ok... he is overweight.. But being over weight and obeses are different... if he easily get tired and lathergatic and have a tummy tire then he is obessed... Give him food to increase his stamina... give him fibre and protein rich food.. engage him in physical activity.,.. kids of this age needs atleast upto 3 hours of physical activity a day... give him toned milk instead of full cream milk... limit the dairy products upto 500 ml per day.... Give him small but frequent meal... Also check with your pediatrician regarding the same as he can better guide you through the same after proper examination and analysis as many a times baby gain weight due to the harmonal imbalance... So check with your pediatrician...

priyanka aroraMom of a 10 yr 8 m old boy8 years agoA. your baby is big now who can eat everything wht other members eating except spicy n junk food so make a habbit of eating everything..gv him all fruits,vegies soups dairy products etc..wht you are making for other family members ..tc
