My kid is 14 months old. He goes poop regularly but his poop is very tight.I give him daily fiber contain foods but it doesn't work.So can I start giving him plantain seeds regularly soaked in water. Is it safe to give regularly plantain seeds to 14 months kid ? He always pressure his bowl moment during doing poop . He always pressure his bowl moment even he don't go for poop as he trying to go poop but it does come out. kindly suggest me.
