My kid is 1.5 years old, from yesterday night she has fever and again noelw it went 101 °c but she doesn't have. can someone tell if it is concerning?

A. It could be seasonal viral only so give Crocin syrup after every five hours interval and try giving more liquids to the baby and light to digest foods and fruits should be given
