my kid in 9 years old i can give seeds like pumpkin, watermelon,seam , Fenugreek, sunflower etc

A. Hello good evening !! Yes you can give seeds and to the kid but check the suitability of every seed and nut to the kid. Seeds are rich in minerals and vitamins so including seeds in the kid's diet is recommended.
