Q.

My kid having breeze sound and taking air from mouth. hope that nose blocked and using nosal drops two times a day with nebulizer. but not controlled from last 2 days. can I start cold syrup maxtra 2.5 ml twice a day or any other peacation has to follow for him?. Please advise.

A. Hello, your baby boy is 28 months old and he is having a wheezing sounds from his throat so mostly he is breathing by his mouth as nose may be blocked

A. cover the child well during winter and keep the child warm whenever you touch the palms and soles of the child they should be warm. prevent temperature variations from hot to cold and cold to hot environment around the child. use woolen garments as needed. you can use a aa room heater or blower to maintain a constant temperature during night time to prevent fluctuations. give more fluids to the child orally. complete the vaccination of the child on time
